I want to extend a personal invitation to you to come join the adventure with my new epic fantasy comic Quest before the campaign ends tomorrow.

Geek Love #1 features four tales of heartbreak and passion in the classic romance comic tradition, but with a modern geeky twist, as the stories involve gamers, cosplayers, and wizards in love. You know, geeks like us! 🙂
Plus, as fans of Golden Age public domain superheroes, there are some characters in it you might recognize...
Since for legal reasons I couldn't use Wonder Woman or Spider-Man and the like, for the cosplay story I decided to have our characters dressing up as some of my favorite Golden Age superheroes! In fact, the story revolves around a shy high school girl who discovers a new self-confidence -- and true love, of course! -- when she starts cosplaying as her favorite character, War Nurse!
I'm hoping at some point to use War Nurse in Cthulhu vs. Uncle Sam #3, but for now, it's just one of the fun easter eggs I've tried to pack into Geek Love #1! Plus, one of the other stories stars Stu Stuart, in a follow-up to his backup story from The Crimebusters #4, so you won't want to miss that!
I love romance comics, so I've had a blast making Geek Love #1, something that I think comes across in every page. If you love comics -- and romance -- as much as I do, check it out here... and share the love!

Hello, fellow comic book lovers!
Today I wanted to invite you to join a new adventure.
To make it as easy as possible to get caught up on the whole series so far, I have added discounted catch-up reward tiers where you can get all three issues at once with one click of a button. You can get the regular editions in either digital or physical sets, or you can get digital or physical sets of the enhanced RPG editions, which include gaming material so you can play through the adventure form the comic yourself.

As I mentioned in the last update, I don't know when these will be coming out, but I am working on getting them ready. I've received the art from guest cover artist Samir Simao for issue #2 and it looks boss! I haven't gotten it colored yet, but here's a look!

New Anniversary Cover! Plus: One Sword against a SAVAGE HORDE!

Before I gush about Quest #3, let me tell you about the anniversary cover first.
This year marks five years since my first comic came out. So to celebrate, I'm doing a series of 5th Anniversary variant covers for all the comics I'm putting out this year, based on the Marvel 25th Anniversary covers from 1986. I love those!
Even though it doesn't look like Cthulhu vs. Uncle Sam #3 will be ready this year, the series means a lot to me, so I wanted to figure out a way to do some anniversary covers for it as well. So what I'm going to do -- either at the end of this year or maybe the start of next depending on how things go -- is release new anniversary editions of both Cthulhu vs. Uncle Sam #1 and #2 featuring awesome covers by Samir Simao!
I don't have a date for these yet, but I've gotten the first of the covers in from Samir, and I couldn't wait to show it to you. Check it out!!
The 2nd issue cover will feature Cthulhu himself, so as soon as I have it I'll be sure to share it with you.
